About Us
In the intensely competitive business environment of today, those companies who treat their customers as their prime assets and consider Total Customer Satisfaction their main business goal and corporate policy, are much more successful than others. One of such company is True Temp Technology, which was established in 1996 as a manufacturer, exporter, importer and supplier of a wide product range of electronic equipment like Expendable Thermocouples, Expendable Thermocouple Tips & Cups, Thermolyzers, Digital Peak Hold Temperature Indicators, etc. At True Temp. Technology, our prime objective is to serve customer requirements, win their full satisfaction and thus move forward towards to become a leading global brand.
At present, our company exports 20-30 percent of its products to different international markets including Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Nigeria, Malaysia, etc. while it imports approximately 30 percent of its products from UK. Combining absolute commitment with unique expertise, we are a prominent business enterprise driven by innovative and customer centric approaches. In this mission, our highly skilled workforce, combined with our world class infrastructural facilities, assists us in a major way. Since the very beginning, our company has been exhibiting a consistent performance both in terms of quality improvement and customer satisfaction and thus won a massive customer base both at the domestic and international level.

True Temp. Technology is committed towards applying a systematic and disciplined approach to quality while meeting the delivery schedules to satisfy the expectations of our customers. To ensure Total Quality Management as well as continuous improvement of product quality, we have established a well-defined quality control mechanism at our company. Each and every operation is performed in strict adherence to international quality standards and also in conformation to the quality grade defined by our own quality policy. A dedicated quality control team monitors the production process at every level and ensures accurate specifications and flawless quality of finished goods. Our Infrastructure
We have a modern manufacturing unit located in a vast area which houses cutting-edge equipment and machinery required for various types of Electronic Equipment Production. Our manufacturing processes are semi-automatic. We have well-trained and experienced professionals in our Production Department to perform complex manufacturing tasks with speed and accuracy so that we are able to maintain the desired quality levels while meeting our delivery deadlines. We also have a team of proficient Quality Analysts to perform strict checks on all of the products at every stage of manufacturing right from sourcing of basic components to final dispatch to the customer.
We have a skilled and motivated Sales and Marketing professionals to aggressively market our products in national and international markets and make sure that we keep on getting new business in this competitive sector. Our HR department is also in the forefront of designing new training and skill development programs to increase the efficiency of our employees. We also have a well-arranged transportation system so that our product consignment is delivered to our clients on time.
